When you make your online order, you can choose you payment method via Credit or Debit card, American Express, PayPal or Afterpay. You also can choose would you prefer to pick your order from our Bowral store, or you need it to be delivered. Pick up is free. Postage Australia wide is free for orders over $120. For orders less than $120 Flat Rate $10 will be applied.
We will ship your order the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order history by logging into your account. For that we kindly recommend Signing Up to our website www.betrendy.com.au instead of creating orders as a guest.
Please provide correct daytime address for delivery. Our flat rate fee includes standard Parcel Post with safe drop. If your order requires signature you should choose “Parcel Post + signature required” and pay extra $2.95. Delivery time depends on Australia post Standard Parcel Delivery.
If item is from our Italian stock expecting delivery time would be up to 21 days. Please read description carefully. If requiered item is out of stock most times it’s available for backorder and will come from our Italian warhouse.
